Watermelon Lime Rose Mocktail

Yields: 1 Serving

My daughter and I recently came up with this recipe when she had taken part in a mocktail challenge at work. This is a super cool drink and we used freshly squeezed water melon juice, lime juice and sparkling soda. For the rose syrup, we used the Rooh Afza, which is easily available at most Southeast Asian groceries. Garnish it with some lime wedges and water melon triangles. Also make ahead some water melon ice cubes and you get this refreshing summer drink. Everyone just loved it and what’s more it looks awesome too 🙂

Variation: You can make this into a cocktail drink by adding in a shot of white rum like Bacardi Silver or vodka. Enjoy :)
