  • Clean and pat dry fish fillets completely using kitchen towels.
  • Make a blend of all the spices with lemon juice & oil. Rub this paste generously on both sides of the fillets and leave aside for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°C and line a baking tray with parchment.
  • Place the fillets on the parchment and bake in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes. Towards the end of baking time, broil the fish for about a minute.
