Spicy Baked Tilapia fillets

Tilapia fillets are low in carbs and tastes good too.

Ingredients
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 3 tbsp. Greek seasonings (oregano, dill, garlic, pepper, basil)
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. lemon and pepper pd.
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. ginger and garlic paste (optional)
Instructions
  1. Clean and pat dry fish fillets completely using kitchen towels.
  2. Make a blend of all the spices with lemon juice & oil. Rub this paste generously on both sides of the fillets and leave aside for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°C and line a baking tray with parchment.
  4. Place the fillets on the parchment and bake in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes. Towards the end of baking time, broil the fish for about a minute.
