- Boil 2 cups water and combine jello according to package instructions. Blend this in a blender for about 1 minute.
- Add ice cream along with a few ice cubes into the blender and blend for another couple of minutes.
- Pour the contents into 4 dessert glasses/cups. Top with sliced strawberries and dark chocolate shavings. Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
