- Now add the spices (red chilli, coriander, cumin & mustard pd.) and mix well.
- Add the coconut milk & let the curry come to a rapid boil. Lower heat & simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Now add in the fish pieces along with the tamarind to the curry. Cover the pan & cook on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Check for seasonings & right before serving garnish with chopped cilantro.
