Strawberry ice cream is a summertime favourite. Here’s my version 🙂

Instructions
- Put the bowl of ice cream maker in the freezer for about 12 hours or more.
- In a large bowl, add sliced strawberries, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
- Pour all the contents of the bowl into the ice cream maker and let it churn about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove the ice cream and serve. Store the remaining ice cream in freezer containers.
