Mexican hot chocolate is a popular drink. It tastes delicious on its own or served with churros (a deep fried pastry also known as the Spanish doughnut) or any other cookies.

Instructions
- Put all the ingredients (except cocoa powder) in a medium saucepan & bring it to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Let it simmer on low heat for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Pour the contents into 2 mugs & sprinkle with a dusting of cocoa powder. Serve hot.
- Can be served with churros, cookies or even some vanilla ice cream on top :)
