This baked Lemon Pepper Salmon is a simple but tasty recipe.

- Mix lemon-pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, ground pepper and chilli pd. in a small glass bowl.
- Rub the salmon fillets with the spice rub on both sides and then refrigerate it for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray a little olive oil on the baking tray and place the fillets over it. Now add a tsp. of oil on top of the fillets.
- Place the fillets in the oven for 12 minutes.
- Then change the oven settings to broil the fillets for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown on top. Serve warm with veggies, rice or mashed potatoes.
