  • Soak almonds and sesame seeds in 1/2 cup water. Clean and cut cauliflower into medium florets. Chop the onions and tomato and keep aside.
  • Grind ginger, garlic, green chillies, soaked almond-sesame adding a little more water if necessary.
  • Heat a pan with melted ghee/oil and fry cauliflower florets about 4 to 5 minutes until they are a little tender. With the help of a slotted spoon, remove the florets onto a plate and keep aside. chopped onion slices until golden brown.Add the tomatoes and cook about 5 minutes.
  • Now add chopped onion slices to the same pan and fry until golden brown.Add the tomatoes and cook about 5 minutes. Add all the dry spices and the ground paste. Stir well and add in the yogurt.
  • Finally add in semi cooked cauliflower florets into the masala, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the water is dried. Serve warm, garnished with finely chopped coriander.
