- Bring some water to a boil, add salt to taste and the edamame and cook it for about 10 minutes until the beans are tender but not overcooked. Transfer it to a pot of ice water immediately.
- Drain the beans and add finely chopped onion, bell pepper and tomato.
- Make a salad dressing with EVOO, lime juice, pepper pd., ginger, honey and salt.
- Pour the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top. Serve it either cold or at room temperature.
