Amish Breakfast Apple Casserole is an old fashioned recipe. Most Amish recipes are simple, made from locally grown ingredients and so very flavourful. This Amish Breakfast Apple Casserole is easy to assemble and can be made in a few minutes. If you do not have enough baking time in the morning, it can even be baked ahead of time & relished for breakfast. I used brown sugar and milk, but one can put applesauce, maple syrup (yum), or any other ingredients of choice. You can even throw in some nuts & raisins. It is as easy as it sounds & tastes delicious. And the best part is that this casserole has all the goodness of fresh wholesome apples. They are low in calories, contain vitamin C, prevents tooth decay, prevents heart, lung & brain diseases.
