Indo-Chinese is a type of fusion cooking of Indian and Chinese style of cooking methods. It’s very popular in the eastern parts of India where there are a lot of settlers from Asian countries. Unlike traditional Chinese cooking, this style includes a lot of spice. But at the same time the vegetables are not over cooked but stir fried like in Asian cooking.
