Chicken breasts are healthy as it is low in fat content and is a lean protein. But some people find it boring as it has a bland flavour. Here is a perfect recipe to spice up the taste. It is easy to make with most of the ingredients from your spice shelf and what’s more can be made in a jiffy.

- Clean chicken, pat dry with paper towels and set aside.
- In a small skillet, dry roast the coriander, cumin and pepper corns on low flame about 3 minutes.
- Grind the dry roasted spices, along with turmeric, chilli powder, ginger0garlic paste, cilantro, salt and lime juice.
- Rub this paste all over the chicken pieces and leave it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
- Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Before grilling, rub some oil all over the chicken pieces.
- Lightly spray the grill with oil or PAM. Place chicken on the grill and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear.
