Spicy Grilled Chicken With Lime And Cilantro
Chicken breasts are healthy as it is low in fat content and is a lean protein. But some people find it boring as it has a bland flavour. Here is a perfect recipe to spice up the taste. It is easy to make with most of the ingredients from your spice shelf and what's more can be made in a jiffy.

boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

tbsp. coriander seeds

tbsp. cumin

tbsp. peppercorns

1/2
tsp. turmeric

1/2
tsp. chilli powder

tbsp. ginger-garlic paste

tsp.limes
(zest and juice)

1/4
cup fresh cilantro
(finely chopped)
Instructions

Clean chicken, pat dry with paper towels and set aside.

In a small skillet, dry roast the coriander, cumin and pepper corns on low flame about 3 minutes.

Grind the dry roasted spices, along with turmeric, chilli powder, ginger0garlic paste, cilantro, salt and lime juice.

Rub this paste all over the chicken pieces and leave it in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.

Preheat grill for medium-high heat. Before grilling, rub some oil all over the chicken pieces.

Lightly spray the grill with oil or PAM. Place chicken on the grill and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear.
