A fresh summery tangy sweet salad made with semi ripe mangoes and a blend of thai red chillies, fresh herbs, this summery salad is a favourite at our table. It is also an easy to make dish for your pot-luck picnics or as a side dish for your BBQ meals.

- Peel and cut mangoes into thin long stripes.
- Add thinly sliced bellpepper, julienned carrots, chopped cilantro and mint leaves to this.
- n a small bowl mix finely chopped thai red chilles, minced ginger, soy sauce, honey, oil and salt & pepper to taste.
- Toss the salad with the dressing and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and peanuts on top.
