Carrot Apple Ginger Booster is a healthy drink to kick-start your morning routines. It has all the goodness  of fresh produce and the immunity fighting properties of ginger. I like adding in a touch of turmeric to boost the immunity level. Carrots, we all know are rich in beta carotene and Vitamin A. Apples, are loaded with anti-oxidants and vitamin C. I first tasted this drink at a booster juice place. I think they called it an energy drink.

Ginger and turmeric works in synergy to help boost immunity, prevent inflammation, helps in respiration and helps to detoxify the body. Studies have found that both ginger and turmeric can have powerful effects on nausea, pain, inflammation, and immune function.. I use fresh organic carrots and apples to make this Carrot Apple Ginger Booster. I make This juice in Vitamix-Pro Blender but you can make it in a juicer or regular blender too. Try this drink instead of your regular tea or coffee in the mornings and feel more refreshed and energetic.

  • Chop carrot and apple into cubes.
  • Add chopped carrot and apple slices into the vitamix blender jar, along with thinly sliced ginger root, a little turmeric and 1/2 cup water.
  • Juice and transfer the contents into a glass.
