Pinwheel Samosa

Yields: 12 Servings Difficulty: Easy Prep Time: 20 Mins Cook Time: 25 Mins Total Time: 45 Mins

The Pinwheel Samosa is a super easy, healthy and guilt free version of the world famous Indian snack- samosas. Instead of the original dough covering, these are made with puff pastry sheets and so can easily be either baked or air fried. So no deep frying it at all so one can indulge in guilt free. This is a make ahead recipe. Make the pinwheels ahead of time and just bake.airfry them just before serving. I made the original vegetarian filling with potatoes, onions, green peas and seasonings. But you can try it with any other fillings too -paneer, ground meat or soy chunks. Make this no stress recipe for your next party or gathering. Enjoy!
