Tostones

Tostones are double fried plantains commonly found in South American cuisine. They are also called patacones. I used Hawaiin plantains for this recipe. Instead of double frying them in oil, I used the Air Fryer. Serve tostones with any dip of your choice. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uyA7TDALdlg
