Omelette with Onion & Bell Pepper
Out of all the egg dishes made & served around the world, the omelette is perhaps the most universal! It is made in various different ways & is one of the most versatile of all egg dishes. Here is an easy recipe of omelette which can be made in a jiffy.

Ingredients

bell pepper
(any colour)

medium onion

clove garlic

green chilli
(seeds removed)

tsp. olive oil

1/4
tsp. salt and pepper
(or to taste)
Instructions

Chop onion, bell pepper, garlic & green chilli into very fine pieces.

Heat 1 tsp. oil in a non stick frying pan and saute the vegetables for about 4 minutes on medium heat.

Meanwhile, break eggs into a glass bowl, add salt & pepper to taste & beat well.

Remove the sauted' veggies & keep aside. In the same pan, add the remaining oil & then add the beaten eggs & swirl it around. When the eggs start to cook on the edges after about 1 minute, place the onion, bell pepper onto one side of the omelette & fold it into half.
