Homemade Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

cup butter

cup brown sugar

cup fresh cream

1/2
spoon vanilla extract

a pinch
of sea salt
Instructions

In a heavy bottom pan, melt 1/2 cup butter and add 1 cup brown sugar. Let the sugar and butter dissolve completely.

Now add in a cup of fresh cream and simmer for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Stir in between.

Now add in a dash of vanilla essence. And a pinch of sea salt. Stir and switch of fire.

Let the caramel sauce cool completely and then store in a glass jar.
