Baked Tilapia with Garlic Butter
This baked tilapia dish is a mainstay in our home and I make this at least once a week.

Ingredients

butter

tbsp
lemon peel & pepper powder

tsp
paprika

tsp
dill (fresh or dried)

garlic paste

salt to taste
Instructions

Line a baking tray with parchment.

Preheat oven to 350° F.

In a small pan, combine butter, garlic, lemon peel, pepper, paprika & dill on low flame until the butter melts & begins simmering.

Clean fish & pat it completely dry with paper towels.

Add a little butter mixture on the tray & arrange the fillets on it.

Now brush remaining spiced garlic butter mix on top of the tilapia fillets & bake in preheated oven about 15 minutes or until fish turns flaky.

Serve warm with vegetable of your choice.
