Baked Tilapia with Garlic Butter

This baked tilapia dish is a mainstay in our home and I make this at least once a week.

Ingredients
  • 10 tilapia Fillets
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon peel & pepper powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dill (fresh or dried)
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • Some salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Line a baking tray with parchment.
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  3. In a small pan, combine butter, garlic, lemon peel, pepper, paprika & dill on low flame until the butter melts & begins simmering.
  4. Clean fish & pat it completely dry with paper towels.
  5. Add a little butter mixture on the tray & arrange the fillets on it.
  6. Now brush remaining spiced garlic butter mix on top of the tilapia fillets & bake in preheated oven about 15 minutes or until fish turns flaky.
  7. Serve warm with vegetable of your choice.
