shallots/small onion

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Clean and chop spinach. Blanch it and keep aside.

Cook sprouts in 1/2 cup water and keep aside.

Saute the shallots and garlic in a small pan with some butter/oil.

Now put all the ingredients in a blender along with 2 cups milk and blend to a smooth consistency.

Pour the soup into a saucepan, add salt and pepper to taste and bring it to a boil and then simmer for a couple of minutes. Serve hot.
