Spicy Omlette Bites Recipe (An Indian Spiced Egg Recipe )
Here is an egg recipe which are made in an "appe pan" or "paniyaram chatti".

Instructions

Break 4 eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper and beat well.

Add in the chopped onion, tomato, carrot, green chillies, bell pepper, semolina and mix well.

Heat an "appe chatti" or mini pancake pan and brush the moulds with some butter or oil. Pour a few tablespoon of the egg batter into the moulds and then cover and cook on low medium heat for about 4 or 5 minutes. Flip egg bites with a fork and cook on the other side for 2 minutes, until done.
