(cleaned, deveined)

grated coconut

big green mango
(chopped and seed removed)

ginger garlic paste

black peppercorns

turmeric powder

(to garnish)

Instructions

Make a fine paste with the onions, coconut, ginger, garlic, half of the green mango & all the spices with a little water.

Heat oil in a pan, and add the ground paste into it. Add the curry leaves. Keep stirring constantly so that the paste do not stick to the bottom of the pan. Cover & cook for about 5 minutes, stirring the contents in between.

Add about 1 cup of water to this paste & mix well. Let it cook for another couple of minutes.

Then add the remaining mango pieces, chopped tomatoes & shrimp, cover and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes. Add the lime juice. Garnish with cilantro & serve with rice.
