Shrimp Green Peas Masala (Jhinga Mattar)

Jhinga Mattar is a delicious recipe from India using shrimp & shelled green peas. During season, you can substitute the green peas with snap peas or snow peas, add some coconut milk and you can enjoy a nice variation to this dish. Here I have used frozen green peas. Try it any which way & enjoy.
